• Order Processing: Handling and tracking sales orders to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery of products.
• Communication: Serving as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Customer Service: Building lasting relationships and fostering trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication, while assessing and identifying customer needs to enhance satisfaction.
• Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to create positive customer experience.
• Miscellaneous: Performing other job-related duties as required or assigned.

• High School Degree.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Preferred experience in the food industry.
