Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Handling and tracking sales orders to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery of products.
- Communication: Serving as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Customer Service: Building lasting relationships and fostering trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication, while assessing and identifying customer needs to enhance satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to create positive customer experience.
- Miscellaneous: Performing other job-related duties as required or assigned.
- High School Degree.
- Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred experience in the food industry.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
