Trademark Paralegal – Mid to Senior Level
Chicago, IL | Full-Time | Direct Hire | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 WFH)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our client’s Chicago law firm office. This full-time, direct hire position offers a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of recent trademark prosecution paralegal experience supporting US attorneys in a busy law firm environment (domestic and international)
Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures; TTAB and copyright experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required
Role Highlights:
Prepare and file trademark applications and related documents
Conduct preliminary trademark searches and review office actions
Support attorneys in TTAB proceedings and client communication
Compensation: Comprehensive benefits and competitive salary range of $85,000 - $138,000 DOE
