LHH seeks a Regional Revenue Cycle Manager (RRCM) to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure effective billing and claim management. This includes processing claims, reconciling with clearing houses, and managing denial follow-up. The role is crucial in maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory standards and supporting change management across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead staffing, training, and development within the RRCM to maintain optimal productivity and error rates.

• Ensure billing and clinical operations adhere to standardized policies for maximum collections and regulatory compliance.

• Perform quality assurance reviews and analyze data to ensure integrity.

• Manage denial resolution and report trends to senior management.

• Oversee timely billing, charge corrections, adjustments, and electronic claims submissions.

• Support reimbursement processes for newly acquired locations, ensuring seamless transitions.

• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

• Review and approve adjustments to receivables, ensuring adherence to industry reimbursement methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, patient accounts, or financial analysis in the eye care industry (required). Optometry/Ophthalmology billing preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of recent management experience.

• COPC or OCS Certification highly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing systems (NextGen preferred)

• Strong understanding of medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.).

• Ability to identify issues, problem solve and communicate effectively.

• Mainly remote but there is occasional travel
