LHH is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for a hybrid role located in downtown Chicago. This role centers on providing insightful reporting and analysis of Capital Expenditures, Fleet Expense, and Facility Related Expenses to key stakeholders in Finance, Capital Planning, and Engineering. You'll collaborate closely with various departments to streamline the Capital Planning Process and elevate its effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Month-End Reporting on Capital Expenditures, conducting thorough analysis against Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Year-on-Year (YoY) performance.

• Take ownership of Facilities Expense reporting, fostering stronger partnerships with Facility Engineering and Capital Planning teams.

• Conduct Capital Investment Analysis to support strategic business decisions such as Lease versus Buy evaluations.

• Conduct financial analysis of unit operations, comparing trends with historical, budgeted, and forecasted results. Communicate findings through standard and ad hoc reports to keep all stakeholders informed.

• Review initial Request for Appropriation (RFA) forms from Capital Planning, ensuring compliance with the company's Capital Planning Process Requirements.

• Review and provide insights on Industrial Engineering's Business Analysis within Requests for Appropriation Forms.

• Fulfill other related duties as required, including providing support to finance and other teams and participating in special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience, ideally in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Analytics, or a relevant area.

• Proficiency in financial modeling is a must.
