About The Role:

We are partnering with a dynamic and growing manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions to their clients. Their team thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to streamline operations. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join their team.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly financial analysis reports, analyzing departmental costs and generating cost reports. The successful candidate will also collect pertinent information for third party audits and collaborate on financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs.

· Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry

· Review and approve daily banking transactions

· Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts

· Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions

· Provide audit assistance by preparing documentation for external auditors

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required

· 2+ years’ experience in accounting in a manufacturing environment

· Experience with ERP systems with Microsoft Dynamic Navision preferred

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with Advanced Excel skills

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong organizational and analytical skills

· Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports

· Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationship
