VP, Corporate Controller

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

LHH is partnering with a publicly traded product-based company to identify a dynamic VP, Corporate Controller. This pivotal role will lead SEC reporting, corporate consolidations, technical accounting, corporate accounting, and oversee the field accounting team, reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead corporate accounting, SEC reporting, consolidations and technical accounting issues

· Oversight of field accounting function

· Involvement in M&A integration, systems implementation and process improvement

· Collaborate with business units to provide accounting insights and support

Qualifications:

· Proven Controllership experience leading corporate accounting and SEC reporting

· Strong understanding of business operations from an accounting perspective

· CPA certification and a foundation in Big 4 accounting firms are strongly preferred

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Local Chicago area candidate

Pay Details: $240,000 to $280,000 per year + Bonus + LTI
