Job Duties:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Facilitate important consultations, providing translation and support to enhance understanding and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, offering guidance and support throughout their journey.
  • Handle client communications across various platforms, including email, WeChat, and Skype.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, characterized by empathy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technological adeptness, particularly with iMac, iPhone, and various messaging and social media platforms.
  • An organized and detail-oriented approach, with a professional demeanor that exudes confidence and initiative.
  • A commitment to professional growth and contribution to the company’s long-term success.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $27 with the potential for a monthly bonus after the initial training period.
