Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team at a reputable car dealership in Chula Vista. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in warranty claims.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims and transactions.
- Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve warranty issues.
- Ensure compliance with all warranty policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal departments.
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills for data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in handling warranty claims.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Details:
- Location: Chula Vista, CA
- Salary: $62,000-$70,000
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours
- 40 hours per week
- Duration: Direct Hire
