• Responsible for Month-End Duties. Journal entries, reconciliation, financial statement preparation.
• Perform daily Accounts Payable financial transactions including verification of product receipts, PO matching, recording bills, and vendor payments.
• Perform daily Accounts Receivable financial transactions including invoicing, processing customer receipts, and collection calls.
• Reconcile intercompany billings.
• Process payroll ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
• Enter information and data into the accounting system.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and accounting rules.
• Monitor monetary transactions.
• Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Assist with annual audit preparations and responses.
• Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Perform other office duties and support as required.
• Follow all Company and customer safety rules and regulations.
• Report any safety concerns and/or accidents to a safety representative or manager immediately.
• Run ad hoc reports, as requested.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred.
• Experience in the Construction industry or similar is required.
• Minimum 3 years of full cycle accounting experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time.
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
