Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $19 – $21 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable client in the Cincinnati area to fill an upcoming Accounts Receivable Clerk position. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in managing incoming payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks
Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve payment issues
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
