Manage office supplies inventory and handle procurement.
Support data entry, record keeping, and other clerical tasks.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus.
