About the Role:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized and personable Administrative Assistant for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position includes a blend of administrative and receptionist duties, perfect for a professional who enjoys variety in their workday.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.


  • Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.


  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.


  • Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining a tidy work environment.


  • Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in an administrative role with receptionist duties is preferred.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
