LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer service Representative for a growing client in Northwest Cincinnati. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-3 years of call center experience along with excellent typing skills. This position is Temp to hire and will pay between $17 and $19/hr.
Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Mainly phone calls.
- Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers, including providing personalized services and support.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates relevant to our customer service platform.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
