Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Eastgate, Ohio

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative for our client in Eastgate, Ohio. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
