LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a recruiter with healthcare experience. The Corporate Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top healthcare talent to support the organization’s clinical and non-clinical staffing needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure timely and effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals and compliance standards. This potion is hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 days working from home if desired. This is a direct hire opportunity that will pay between $60K and $75K annually.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed
- Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and regulatory requirements affecting healthcare recruitment
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and professional conferences
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing requirements, and recruitment best practices
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for multi-site or national healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as JCAHO, HIPAA, and EEOC
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS)
