Data Entry Specialist

LHH is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms to support business operations. In this position, accuracy is paramount. This position is temp to hire and will pay between $18 and $20/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Input and update data into internal databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Generate reports and perform data audits as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
  • Experience handling confidential or regulated data
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
