Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys being the go-to person for office operations. The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating internal and external communications, and assisting with project-related tasks. This position is fully onsite and ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and involved in all aspects of office management.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer phones, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence.
Maintain common areas and office equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
Manage office and breakroom supply inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination.
Support meeting preparation, document scanning, printing, and presentation formatting.
Assist with internal event coordination, travel arrangements, and executive scheduling.
Reconcile company credit card statements and assist with invoice coding and vendor setup.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of proven experience in office management or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document handling protocols.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
