Job Description:
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service. This client-facing position requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle light filing and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Perform light filing and assist with basic administrative tasks.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
