About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter for a prominent client located near downtown Cincinnati, OH. This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year and provides an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to onboarding

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different levels within the organization

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices

• Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, job fairs, and online platforms

• Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and delivering timely feedback

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate data

• Conduct reference checks and background screenings

• Collaborate with HR and management to develop job descriptions and requirements

• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels

• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
