About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant with a background or familiarity in accounting and finance. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in professional or consultative services. The position offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 to $100,000, with the potential to earn additional commission. The successful candidate will work onsite in Cincinnati, OH, and play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target and secure new business opportunities in the professional services sector, with a focus on accounting and finance

  • Conduct consultative sales meetings with C-Suite executives and decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, prospects, and industry networks

  • Present and articulate the value proposition of the company’s services to potential clients

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service delivery process

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability

  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for business expansion

  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong money motivation and dynamic sales personality

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with C-Suite executives

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the professional or consultative services industry (not IT and/or software products)

  • Some understanding or background in accounting and finance

  • Proven track record of sales achievements, with the ability to speak to specific wins and successes

  • Ability to develop and maintain a robust network of professional relationships

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
