• Oversee all financial transactions for construction projects.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of all accounts.
• Process invoices and progress billings.
• Handle payroll processing and tax filings.
• Prepare financial statements and budget forecasts.
• Monitor project budgets and report variances.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers on cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist with financial audits and implement audit recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is preferred but not required with sufficient experience.
• Proven experience in construction accounting.
• Experience with Percentage of completion accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and construction accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
