Senior Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support our client’s C-level executives. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. This position is direct hire and will pay between $23 and $26/hr. depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with executive budgets and expense reports.
  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain executive files and records.
  • Provide support for board meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate company events and functions.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining personnel records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with 2 years supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
