Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support our client’s C-level executives. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. This position is direct hire and will pay between $23 and $26/hr. depending on experience and education.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with executive budgets and expense reports.
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives.
- Maintain executive files and records.
- Provide support for board meetings.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate company events and functions.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with 2 years supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
