• Leading the development of vendor RFPs, RFIs, contracts, budgets, and proposals.
• Overseeing supplier relationships, sourcing new suppliers, and setting objectives with vendors to enhance supply chain initiatives.
• Working closely with stakeholders, executives, vendors, and the legal team to review and approve SOWs, change orders, MSAs, and related documents.
• Ensuring vendors meet qualification standards and are onboarded according to SOPs, participating in vendor governance meetings as needed, and creating KPIs to assess supplier performance.
• Performing additional tasks to support ongoing supply chain programs and effective vendor management.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, supplier management, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least 5 years specifically in clinical trial outsourcing.
• Experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
• Proficiency in P2P systems and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong personal skills, including excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and a robust analytical mindset.
• In-depth understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial programs.
