About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and HR support for a direct hire position with one of our clients in Cincinnati, OH. This is a 100% in-person role, offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting, with a proven ability to handle background checks and assist in HR decisions, making them a valuable asset to the organization's HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization

  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on potential candidates

  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices

  • Assist in HR decisions, including candidate selection, onboarding, and employee relations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and promote the company as an employer of choice

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including running background checks

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with HR and management teams to make informed hiring decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
