About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and HR support for a direct hire position with one of our clients in Cincinnati, OH. This is a 100% in-person role, offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting, with a proven ability to handle background checks and assist in HR decisions, making them a valuable asset to the organization's HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization
Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices
Assist in HR decisions, including candidate selection, onboarding, and employee relations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Contribute to employer branding efforts and promote the company as an employer of choice
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including running background checks
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Proven ability to work collaboratively with HR and management teams to make informed hiring decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
