Accounts Payable Specialist

**Location: City of Industry

**Type: Direct Hire

**Compensation:$25- $30/hour, based on experience

**Work Hours:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Industry: Pharmaceutical company

The ideal candidate has good stability in their previous positions

• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in accounts payable.


• Proficiency with Process Pro Premier software.

• Manage accounts payable operations using specialized accounting software and various programs.


• Handle accounts payable functions for multiple entities and vendors.


• Analyze and streamline workflow processes.


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing vendors.


• Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and payroll, in compliance with departmental procedures.


• Review and compare purchase orders, prices, payment terms, and other charges.


• Reconcile vendor statements.


• Process transactions and perform accounting tasks such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books.


• Maintain accurate accounting records through data entry, scanning, copying, and filing documents.


• Perform accounting and clerical tasks.


• Research, track, and resolve accounting issues.


• Conduct online banking tasks to process payments and record receipts.


• Prepare month-end reports.


• Complete other related job duties as assigned by management.


• Generate ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
