Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: City of Industry, CA
Pay: $20–$22/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Onsite: Fully Onsite
Job Type: Contract to Hire

About the Role:

A growing company in the City of Industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments and apply them to accounts

  • Generate and distribute invoices

  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments

  • Reconcile AR ledger and resolve billing discrepancies

  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting

  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances

  • Maintain accurate and organized records

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of AR or general accounting experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field a plus



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
