Job Title: AP/AR Specialist (Temporary)

Location: City of Industry, CA

Pay Rate: Up to $27/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP/AR Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and accounts receivable within the manufacturing industry, and be proficient in 3-way match processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

  • Perform 3-way match processes to ensure accuracy in invoicing and payments.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AP/AR roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

  • Proficiency in 3-way match processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in an accounting ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.



Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
