LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Clearwater, FL. This is an onsite, contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Code/process a high volume of invoices daily related to travel reimbursements
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices
• Perform weekly check runs
• Post AP journal entries and accruals

Experience

• Minimum of two years of accounts payable experience required

Skills/Knowledge

• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and P-card knowledge required
• Proficiency using accounting software - PeopleSoft highly desired
• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Solid communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred

Work Hours/Pay Rate

• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
• $19-21/hr.
