LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist position open with our client in Clearwater, FL. This is a hybrid (onsite during training), direct hire role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, post, verify and record payments (i.e., credit card, lockbox, checks, etc.) and research/resolve any payment or billing discrepancies

  • Also perform B2B collections functions including collecting on past due accounts, performing credit inquiries, etc.

Experience

  • Minimum of two to three years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience required

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Effective customer service, communication, research, mathematical and organizational skills

  • Prior knowledge of SAP accounting software a plus

Pay Range

  • $50-60K
