LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist position open with our client in Clearwater, FL. This is a hybrid (onsite during training), direct hire role.
Responsibilities
Prepare, post, verify and record payments (i.e., credit card, lockbox, checks, etc.) and research/resolve any payment or billing discrepancies
Also perform B2B collections functions including collecting on past due accounts, performing credit inquiries, etc.
Experience
Minimum of two to three years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience required
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge/Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Effective customer service, communication, research, mathematical and organizational skills
Prior knowledge of SAP accounting software a plus
Pay Range
$50-60K
