We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing, payment disbursements, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices in a timely manner.

• Prepare payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, ensuring timely payments to vendors.

• Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies, answer queries, and manage account reconciliations.

• Reconcile vendor statements and AP sub-ledger to the general ledger, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.

• Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and account analysis.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within the manufacturing industry

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong technical skills
