We’re hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established organization located on the east side of Cleveland. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced accounting environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming payments and apply them accurately to customer accounts

  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices

  • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status

  • Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all receivables

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and formatting

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
