LHH is recruiting a Conflicts Processor for a downtown Cleveland Law firm. the Conflicts Processor conducts conflict checks, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Responsibilities:
- Conduct conflict searches using law firm database and other resources to identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Analyze conflict reports and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys and other personnel regarding conflict findings and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of conflict checks and related processes.
- Assist with conflict resolution strategies and mitigation efforts as needed.
- Stay updated on legal and ethical standards related to conflicts of interest.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Business Administration) preferred.
- Prior experience in conflicts processing or a related field within a law firm environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to conflicts of interest.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex information.
- Proficiency in using conflict checking software and databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
