$35.00 - $40.00 per Hour
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues related to complex commercial and real estate collections.
- Manage caseload from start to finish, including drafting pleadings and representing clients in various court proceedings, including mediation, status conferences, and motion hearings.
- Develop effective legal strategies and maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues.
- Actively licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar Association
- 2+ years of recent complex commercial collections and real estate collections experience working in a US law firm
- Ability to work full-time, onsite in Cleveland, OH, and represent clients in court
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision
