Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Rate: $17 to $18 per hour

Job Type: Temporary (3 to 6 months)

Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Temporary Customer Service Assistant! LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to announce an immediate opening for a Temporary Customer Service Assistant. This position is based in Cleveland, OH, and offers a pay rate of $20 to $23 per hour. If you're looking to gain valuable experience and join a dynamic team, this opportunity is perfect for you! This is a 3 to 6-month contract with the possibility of extension if needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle low volume customer service calls

  • Perform data entry and auditing tasks

  • Utilize basic Excel skills for various tasks

  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Basic Excel skills

  • Strong data entry and auditing skills

  • Professional attitude and excellent communication skills

Shift Options:

  • 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break

  • 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a half-hour lunch break
