Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Schedule: Hybrid (in-office and remote flexibility)
Salary: $30 - $36 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will manage the procurement process, ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials

• Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations

• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices
