Job Title: Administrative Support – Logistics & Order Processing
Location: On-site | Clifton, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour
Job Type: Contract


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our team in Clifton, NJ. This role will primarily support our Order Processing and Logistics departments. The ideal candidate is conscientious, meticulous, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills and proficiency in data systems are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the logistics and data entry teams.

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain production, shipping, and inventory data in the ERP system.

  • Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and scheduling of inbound/outbound deliveries.

  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners to coordinate deliveries and resolve logistics issues.

  • Generate and manage shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing slips, and customs paperwork.

  • Monitor and respond to logistics and inventory-related email inquiries.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and digital records in compliance with company standards.

  • Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, answering phones, and ordering supplies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in logistics or order processing.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
