Salary: $18 - $19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone interactions and CRM systems.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

  • Handle high-volume calls with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service representative role.

  • 2-3 years of experience with phone and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
