Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through phone interactions and CRM systems.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Handle high-volume calls with a positive and professional attitude.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service representative role.
2-3 years of experience with phone and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
