Job Duties:

• Full cycle accounts payable by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

• Enter and upload invoices into the system and coding to the right budget

• Take advantage of any discount opportunities

• Resolve discrepancies and issues with vendors.

• Process credit card expenses

• Act as backup for accounts receivable and billing

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of accounts payable and general accounting principles experience

• Comfortable with formulas and formatting in Excel

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
