Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.

• Support quarterly and year-end financial audits and corporate financial controls audits.

• Evaluate current practices and recommend improvements.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and projects.

• Supervise general ledger accounting functions.

• Lead and develop accounting staff through performance management and training.

• Collaborate with external auditors for accurate and timely year-end reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA

• At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Proven leadership and results-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems is a plus.
