LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator for our client in Grandview Heights, OH. This position will focus on full cycle accounts payable invoice processing. This is a temp-to-hire position that offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full cycle accounts payable processes.

  • Perform 3-way match for up to 50 invoices daily.

  • Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable

  • Proficiency in performing 3-way match and reconciling vendor statements.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable with formulas and formatting in Excel



Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
