LHH is assisting our client in Columbus, OH in their search for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This onsite position involves handling high-volume accounts payable tasks, including 3-way match, monitoring the accounts payable inbox, and resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors. Responsibilities:
Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Perform 3-way match to ensure proper documentation and authorization of invoices.
Monitor the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
Resolve invoice discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal departments.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
Assist with month-end closing activities and other accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including 3-way match.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle high-volume transactions and meet deadlines.
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
