This role is perfect for someone with a knack for business-to-business collections and a keen eye for detail. This position will start on a contract basis with the potential to extend based on performance and need. This position will sit onsite in the Easton area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage soft business-to-business collections

• Handle credit holds and negotiate terms

• Reconcile customer accounts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business collections

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently
