LHH is partnering with a rapidly growing company on a search for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee the company’s billing and collections processes. This role is responsible for managing the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and improving cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the accounts receivable team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and manage the aging of accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on receivables status, cash flow forecasts, and collection performance.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Oversee credit evaluations and establish credit limits for new and existing customers.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or credit management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
