Administrative Assistant

Customer Service & Support

LHH is excited to partner with our client in search of a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant. This role is based on the east side of Columbus, OH, and offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, take initiative, and effectively prioritize tasks. Starting on a contract basis, this position has the potential to become permanent based on performance. Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for office contracts.

Act as the primary contact for the office, managing interruptions

Prepare and handle shipping documents, such as packing lists and bills of lading.

Oversee daily invoicing for shipped orders and maintain accurate records.

Provide outstanding support to both internal and external parties

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with standard office equipment.

Positive, outgoing, and approachable demeanor.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.



Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
