We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Columbus, OH. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and enjoys being the right hand to executives who rely on precision, discretion, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.

  • Manage complex Outlook calendars, prioritize scheduling conflicts, and ensure executives are prepared for all engagements.

  • Create, maintain, and analyze Excel spreadsheets for reporting, budgeting, and project tracking.

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, board sessions, and off-site events.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and correspondence.

  • Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor coordination, and facilities support.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support.

  • 3+ years of experience managing Excel spreadsheets (including advanced functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization).

  • 3+ years of experience managing Outlook calendars for senior leaders or executives.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-suite or VP-level executives.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Smartsheet).

  • Background in office management or operations coordination.



Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
