Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis through the end of the year. This role is fully onsite and will support multiple locations by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, reviewing timekeeping data, and collaborating with managers to resolve discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
Review employee timesheets for flagged activity and resolve exceptions
Verify time entries and ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing
Communicate with managers to confirm and correct timekeeping data
Support payroll operations across multiple locations
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive payroll information
Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll coordination or timekeeping support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills for interacting with managers and team members
Familiarity with timekeeping systems and payroll platforms is a plus
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
