Property Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to manage our client’s property portfolio and assist with accounts payable duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of property management, and experience in handling financial transactions. This position will pay between $18 and $21/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
  • Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, verifying payment requests, and reconciling vendor statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of property expenses and income, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed to satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports related to property management.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
  • Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local property management regulations and best practices.
