We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Cost Accountant with construction industry experience for a well-known and progressive construction client of ours here in Columbus, OH. You’ll manage financial aspects of some of our most important projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project costs

• Develop and maintain project budgets

• Conduct financial analysis for cost-saving opportunities

• Prepare and present financial reports

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Collaborate with project teams and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven cost accounting experience in construction is ideal

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
