We are partnering with a growing company in Columbus on a search to add an Accountant to their team The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
