LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing company based in Conshohocken, PA, and we are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team.

Job Title: Staff Accountant
Salary: $60-63k
Location: Conshohocken, PA
Overview:
Join our Finance & Accounting Team as a Staff Accountant. You'll report to the Sr. Financial Controller and work closely with internal stakeholders. This role offers exposure to essential accounting skills and a path for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Record payments in the G/L.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare journal entries and month-end accruals.
  • Conduct monthly general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Assist with year-end close and annual audit processes.
  • Handle annual 1099 process.
  • Analyze financial data as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Familiarity with SOX.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.
